I am part of a larger team called, Dare to Dream! We are a huge FAMILY, we WORK together, we TRIAN together, we MOTIVATE each other to SUCCEED! By no means am I a fitness expert, or a personal trainer. I am just an average woman that fell in LOVE with her workout products/journey and felt the need to SHARE my STORY with EVERYONE I meet. This process has CHANGED my LIFE! I look forward to helping you along your journey so you can feel the way I feel. Why I became a coach?
I have been using Beachbody products for over a decade now, and I absolutely love them. I started talking with my coach and she recommended that I try out coaching because I loved to share my journey and inspire others along the way. I figured what do I have to loose. Little did I know what I was signing up for. Let me tell you this has been the best decision I ever made. The group that I am now a part of is truly amazing. It is like nothing I have ever experienced before (especially in a job). We are among one of the fastest growing teams within the organization. We have developed an easily duplicatable system that can get you similar results.Many of our coaches have gone from making nothing as a beachbody coach to replacing their full-time income in a little over a year. I know sounds it sounds CRAZY! But if you follow the steps and guidelines we have put in place this can be you too.

The TEAM HEART.HUSTLE.MUSCLE is a group of motivated individuals who provide support, motivation and encouragement to people on a daily basis to help them achieve the health and fitness goals. As a coach I strive to help you create a realistic health and fitness plan that will be sure to meet your goals. Some people are overwhelmed with trying to reach their goal so I help you break it down into manageable chucks. Throughout this process we will focus on things like meal planning, healthy snacks, motivation and most importantly mindset.
How do you do this you may ask??
Challenge Groups… I LOVE THEM! they keep me and everyone around me accountable. This is the best way for me to get to know what your doing and help you on a daily basis. Everyone in the group has purchased a Beachbody fitness program and commits to drinking Shakeology for at least one meal a day. The small group environment really helps me focus on each challengers needs while providing meal planning tips, recipes, along with further educating them on what it means to be healthy.Now that my business is growing I also help my coaches that have joined my team to duplicate my success. I do this through bi-weekly mentoring calls, private facebook support group, and our Beachbody events. There is no greater feeling in the world than seeing your coaches succeed!!!
What a Beachbody Coach is NOT!
Being a Beachbody Coach is NOT a Get Rich Quick Scheme. It is hard work and you get out the effort you put in. So if you aren’t willing to put in the time and effort you aren’t going to succeed. Have you ever worked for a company that you bust your ass for each and everyday but nothing changes?!?!?!? I know I have! A one time fee of $40 to become a beachbody coach. This is not a yearly or reoccurring fee. You can also get that $40 fee waived if you sign up with a challenge pack or you or your spouse is active military then that fee is waived! (I can explain those options in more depth as well).
To remain an active coach you need to have a Personal Volume (PV) of 50 points per month. Purchasing a month's supply of Shakeology (at a 25% discount) is 90PV for example and you're done. I agree with Team Beachbody's methodology that you need to use their product in order to be able to explain the benefits of the research they've done. Plus, their supplements are a whole lot better then what I was using before.

- You can, if you choose to, create a team of coaches as well. You can create a business based off of a team of people who are passionate about the same things that you are. But I also have some individuals who want to grow a business and create a full time income! The saying you attract who you are is completely true!
- You receive a 25% discount on all Beachbody products including merchandise. If you're using supplements today like I am, just the discount savings alone on let's say Energize and Recovery drink covers the $15 monthly website fee.
- You get paid on a weekly basis, every Thursday morning!
- No inventory to carry, Beachbody takes care of everything.

You succeed at being a Beachbody Coach by putting the needs of others first. This is process is about building relationships. For me, I personally meet as many people as I can and as i get to know them and they have a need for health and fitness I will offer support and guidance. This is when I enroll them into my challenge groups. These groups allow me to have contact with them each day, so i can motivate, support and encourage them to start and FINISH the program of their choice. In the group we share tips, recipes and other information to help them reach their goals. So as a coach you will invite people to your challenges , enroll them into the group, help them succeed and then eventually people will join coaching others with you. Lead by EXAMPLE… Be PASSIONATE, MOTIVATING, CONSISTENT. Don’t think you need to know all the answers. That is why we have our TEAM.

No, you don’t need to be a fitness or weight-loss expert to become a Beachbody Coach. You just need to be ready to commit to changing your life and inspiring others to do the same. It is important to be a product of the product!
What kinds of help and support will I receive?
Once you become a coach on TEAM HEART.HUSTLE.MUSCLE you will be given a link to our training website. You will also be added to our closed facebook team page. On this team page you will receive updates, tips, tools, and a community of people to help you grow your business. Have a question you don’t know the answer too? Post in the group and someone is bound to know the answer or know someone else that does. We teach you everything you need to know about running a challenge group, how to find people to invite, how to get them started, how to deicide what program to choose for them. No need to re-invent the wheel. We supply you with templates and guidelines to follow for your challenge groups, along with other valuable business building tools. You will not need to figure it out on your own. You don’t even run your first group yourself. You just have to invite 3-5 people to join you along your journey.
Will I have to purchase products for resale?
Unlike marketing programs that require you to buy a lot of products in order to participate, the Coach Opportunity has no inventory requirements. If you do want to purchase products for your own use or resale, you’ll get them at a significant discount.
I encourage everyone to be a product of the product. I truly believe that the best coaches are the one's that are actively working out and are drinking Shakeology. It's very hard to speak from experience and guide other people if you yourself have never tried it.
How does Beachbody promote it's products?
We spend millions of dollars every week advertising our home fitness programs on the major TV stations and cable networks. (You’ve probably seen our famous infomercials for programs such as 21 Day Fix, Hammer and Chisel, P90X, Insanity, and T25 as well as our magazine and Internet ads.) Millions of people already know about Beachbody, and every time we run an infomercial, we get thousands of new customers. We want those customers to shop through your store, so you get the commission on those sales!
How much of a discount will I get on my own Beachbody products?
As Beachbody Coach, you receive a 25% discount on all Beachbody products available in the Team Beachbody store.
